Side-mounted reinforced bed:
Welded thick steel with aging treatment, low gravity structure offers strong rigidity and vibration resistance. It guarantees stable precision in long-time cutting and reduces wear of core transmission parts.
Triple-chuck design:
Linked front, middle and rear chucks with independent clamping force. Pipes stay stable during processing to eliminate remnant scrap, raise material utilization and cut production cost.
Follow-up roller support:
Rollers move synchronously with cutting head to hold pipes and prevent sagging or deformation. Soft rollers leave no scratches, ensuring flat cutting surfaces and high workpiece qualification rate.
Compatible with automation:
Connect auto loading/unloading and storage lines for unattended production. Intelligent control realizes one-click process setup, less manual work and higher mass production efficiency.
